Dana is not only increasingly popular around the Sultanate, but it is also penetrating more and

more Gulf markets.

Eggs find a variety of uses in Oman food. They are not only an important part of the daily family

breakfast, but also are used in a wide range of foods like baked items and salads. Table eggs

 invariably figure prominently in the grocery budget of Omani and expatriates families. Someone

walking into a supermarket in the Sultanate is almost twice as likely to pick up Dana eggs as any

 other brand. In Wilayats, "Dana "(in Arabic means "Cute or little Pearl " has overtaken the term

(egg).  Pearl signifies nobility, purity, luster and freshness. Dana represents the same freshness,

 purity  and gem of a quality.

Dana’s brand image is attributing to the vision of MPF’s board members and management .

Long-term users continue to find their favorite Dana eggs unchanged in terms

of taste and quality. Having cornered a substantial market share in Oman , the company began

 exports to overseas markets, beginning initially with the UAE and several other GCC countries.

 Plans are underway to further boost exports as well as production capacity and domestic

 market share.
